Thyme-IT COVID-19 Update

Following the outbreak of the Coronavirus, Thyme-IT has put steps in place to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all staff and contractors.

Based on advice received from the Irish Government on March 13th relating to the Coronavirus and COVID-19, Thyme-IT would like to inform customers and partners of the following changes to Thyme-IT activities and support procedures:

  • Our phone systems are now manned remotely. All staff working remotely are available to our customers and partners as usual.
  • Our support team has access to our support management system which is accessible remotely. Please send support queries to support@thyme-it.ie
  • We have the capability to access customer content remotely and any training can be provided using online screensharing platforms.
  • Onsite visits and meetings have been replaced with online meetings.

Current service level agreements and response times will remain in place and Thyme-IT will continue to provide support services as required. Access to current Thyme-IT hosted solutions will remain in place and there will be no disruption of system availability.

These special COVID-19 processes and procedures will be reviewed weekly and we will contact you when we are in a position to restore normal business activities.
