CAMEL is a reservations and quotations system for General Sales Agents operating within the freight industry.

The CAMEL system allows reservations staff to enter bookings with sufficient detail to allow the system to identify accurate job pricing as soon as bookings are entered. Rates and charges from airlines, handlers and trucking companies can be maintained within the system, making the pricing and quotation of bookings an automated task.

The CAMEL system also includes intelligent software that learns about your specific routes as they are used. Handlers , trucking companies, connection / stop over times are all automatically remembered for each different combination of flights used. As the system learns, routing information is suggested to the user when entering new bookings.

A full audit trail of all booking amendments is maintained so that all movements on a booking can be traced. The track and trace facilities within the application ensure no routing problems will go unnoticed.

CAMEL is fully compatible with CASS and SAGE line 50 or 100. The CAMEL application is web-based and requires no specialised hardware on the client site other then an internet connection. Security is fully configurable down to the user login and screen level.
